Oh yes – it’s that time of year again when the lovely people here at BTR are playing for Oxjam.    “Oxjam” is one of the largest charitable music festivals in the country, a collective of unforgettable gigs happening all over the country each October, and all in aid of Oxfam.

On Saturday 15th October we will be busking around Farnham in the afternoon and playing live at The Cobbett in the evening.   If you see us please say hello – and do give us lots of money for this very worthy cause!!

Welcome to Lisa, Jon and Dave

BTR is extremely pleased to welcome on board Lisa Von H,
Jon Bental and Dave Salsbury as it’s latest artist signings!

Artistspage thumb

Lisa is a prolific and highly talented singer/songwriter and guitarist. She is currently performing her acoustic/folk set locally to Woking and London giving outstanding intimate performances that enchant her audience wherever she plays.

Jon plays and sings cover versions of a wide variety of songs, particularly from the 60s and 70s. He draws from diverse influences such of blues, jazz, folk, country, “roots”, and gospel.

Jon Bental

Dave’s improvised live performances create organic guitar & electronic soundscapes, whisking the listener (and the player) on a journey through sound & space. Dave really is one artist that needs to be seen live.

We’re privileged to ha...

Shortly after that strange and, to be honest, somewhat disturbing dream I wasn’t entirely surprised to be invited to a real BTR committee meeting down at The Horns pub. The topic for discussion was Oxjam.

Oxjam, as you probably know, i...
